Andre, How can you be sure Avenor is buying up Repap shares on the open market. This does not solve their problem of getting shareholder approval for the takeover. There are institutions holding Avenor shares which will vote against the deal and effectively kill it because of the huge debt load. I would like to know what Repap Management has planned when the deal fails. Anyone know if there are controlling shareholders in Avenor?
