Hypothetical question:
If Serge and the gang were to acquire >50% of the shares,
could they do a hostile takeover of their own company and
turn it from a public to a private company ?
I am not saying this is happening but if they figured they
were onto a motherlode of diamonds the insiders would
be rewarded more if they in effect took over the company.
Maybe I'm in left field on this one ???
