I see your point, Marcos, thanks for those links. What if, however, you are a legitimate company, perhaps struggling to get out of the dumps? And there are a bunch of impatient shareholders, or perhaps people who got burned on the stock price. Is it fair for those people to shout "fraud"? I agree that a company that is not forthcoming with a whole lot of answers is probably one to be avoided. MDIN, as far as I know based on my own phone calls and the tons of DD done and shared by others on this thread, is not one of those companies. Some people here actually went out to the shareholder meeting last October, and asked every tough question they could think of, and to a man they were satisfied with the answers.
