Talx reported 0.05 operating earnings, excluding -0.06 charge for the work force reduction. The work force reduction, by the way, will save 0.29 on an annual basis. If they can keep earning 0.05 each quarter plus the savings, that would mean at least 0.49 annual EPS, assuming no growth.
At the same time, The Work Number keeps growing at triple digit rate. Revenue reached $2,500,000 last quarter, or 30% of the total. So we should be able to see some overall revenue growth. If lucky, might be profit margin improvement as well.
I can see this stock pushing toward $10 within the next 12 months. But do your own homework, good luck. |
