USAI has made a new SEC filing. Something about Class B convertible shares. Millions and millions of them. These are some very wealthy people.

Can anyone determine if this is good, bad or neutral for USAI stock?

Also, re: TMCS. Ticketmaster is a USAI company, while Ticketmaster/CitySearch (TMCS) is the online entity that was taken public. Does USAI own 100 percent of Ticketmaster and a portion (42 percent or 60 percent or whatever it is) of TMCS? If so, does Ticketmaster take any portion of the e-commerce revenues from TMCS, or does TMCS own all of those revenues?
