The treatment the share holders have received at the hands of this company is reprehensible. Their public relations efforts, or lack there of, would seem to indicate an intent on the part of management to keep the value of the stock depressed. The only other alternative is that the company is run by idiots.

I will gladly proxy my 17,800 shares to you if you feel it will give you more clout at the share holders meeting.
