Criticism on these threads is usually in response to hype on the same threads, it really is quite an internal thing, imho. The company ideally is out there using the shareholders' capital in productive enterprise, not looking for legal loopholes to ease the path for hypester propaganda by silencing critics. If the company chooses not to contribute to these threads, then they should butt out, imho. This mdin also chooses not to contribute to Edgar, so where do they get off criticising anybody at all? Why don't they just mind the business, which is incidentally what they get paid for? Here's a stock in which I hold shares ... EC claimed on the thread last summer that it was salted .... well, I feel the same way there - #reply-6763297 ... now, I plan to pick up a few of that one in an hour or so because it usually sells off Fridays at that time ..... but my opinion of them would go downhill considerably if they started harassing my fellow threadsters. Losers sue SIers. Winners run businesses.
