I've held this for years.... I've had Helpmate for a couple of years, and hold a considerable tax loss. I haven't given up hope, though it looked pretty dim for a while. Two quarters of profitability in a row means they have learned to hold down costs to within the revenues. Their robots do work, and work rather well. Initially I liked them because the robots competed against higher cost human employees. Now, they seem to have a niche since the unemployment level is so low that you can't find people to hire. I'm expecting them to start accepting orders (and re-orders) again, and slowly building even more robots. I doubt you will see a giant hiring of staff for sales or for building robots, and I doubt you will see orders go through the roof. I'm hoping for a buyout, since the technology was (and is) wonderful. Somebody with deeper pockets will hopefully realize that with unemployment at 4%, the potential employees to run medicine or food or parts is just not there.
