Laguna, A combination of things is driving Sprint PCS. First, people are beginning to realize that digital Wireless will be a very hot sector, esp. for the top tier players. Second, there are no more ATI shares to buy. Third, Sprint PCS could conceivably load more people onto their U.S. metwork than ATI ever did--I believe ATI's best ever ads were about 1/4th as much as 820,000!! And fourth, no one has ever had this much band- width (50 MGHZ Digital CDMA)! Not even in alalog. That's enough bandwidth to let millions chat & millions more for wireless laptop connections-- That's something ATI could never do, esp. with the partial footprint they had. This really is info. superhighway being built. Mike
