Tom, I haven't heard anything new regarding a possible announcement. I checked the news wires and the NYRR Web Site I didn't see anything new. As I have stated a few times when I last spoke to NYRR Management in their opinion we could expect to see news at the latest Jan 22. I realize it's difficult to lay too much on the line when the answer is the latest Jan. 22--especially when qualified by the fact that it is someone's opinion. I have been a shareholder for a few years--have been trying to remain patient amidst all of the ongoing rumors and in my view promised news/progress updates. As I see it one of the big areas of opportunity for the company is communicating factual / financial information with it's shareholders. I have been waiting for NYRR to become a reporting company for the longest time! I have'nt got a clue as to the status of that effort--and as far as the rumors are concerned--they have grown very stale in my opinion. I have been one of the strongest supporters of NYRR--but enough is enough--I'm fed up with calling and hearing words that are just that words. If the company can't update us because of some restrictive covinent clause in it's negotiations/dealings then that's OKAY! Just tell us--Shareholders don't keep asking us for updates because we are under a gag order not to breath word---that I can understand and deal with--the rest is simply a load of bunk which is now starting to annoy an aggitate me --in a big way! I remain at this time a shareholder--mainly because of the tremendous potential I see ( JMO!) and secondly my reason #1-It's LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!--Now! Unless they move their LOCATION?--I continue to be hopeful that good things will come to those that wait! JMO! By the way I'm not planning on phoning the company anymore--unless I see updates in a more timely manner--and get some answers that I have been looking forward to for two years! This lack of factual news from the company may actully be an opportunity in disguise--if these recent lower prices carry over into the next few weeks I plan on accumulating more shares--not suggesting that anyone else do so! We should all do what we feel is right for us! A long NYRR Shareholder but feeling very neglected by the company! JMO! Best Regards, Wayne J.
