Frank, what is that non sense "for stock splits", stock splits automatically increases the authorized number of shares. Financing and acquisitions are the only valid reasons, for options they have almost 20 MM shares still available (51 MM outstanding and 70 MM authorized). I sure hope they do not intend to give options at these prices for 50% of the capitalization.

I am still on the sides (I missed the trip to 9, but then, I cannot be on all "trains".)
