Oh boy. The company issues death spiral convertibles, and then complains because those who bought'em in a private placement are shorting againt 'em? That's the whole POINT of floorless stuff. Why did the company issue this junk in the first place? The consequences are quite predictable. I suspect there's a good deal more to this story than what appears in the company press release you cite.


In this - referencing GBIT - I'm just curious -- did you check first, before posting, to see whether their convertibles were floorless?

Just wondering, as I've known you to post before researching...
