Hi Tony,

I'm new here and a new investor in MSN, but one point you ought to mention is the way volume's counted on NASDAQ. As I understand it, if a MM moves stock directly from seller to buyer it's reported once, however if he buys from the seller and immediately sells to a buyer it's reported as two transactions, doubling the volume. This happen frequently, so volume on the NASDAQ is actually greatly over reported.

I don't know if it happens even when he can match buyer with seller, i.e. someone wants to buy 100 shares and someone else wants to sell 100 shares. I'm almost certain that if someone wants to sell 2000 shares, and 2 buyers want 1000 shares each, the volume will always appear as 4000 as the transactions were to buy 2000 and sell 1000 shares twice. I'm not certain, but I believe the other exchanges would just report 2000 share volume.

I enjoy reading your posts here and look forward to substantial profits on this stock.

Gary
