Bill - I don't think Barrick is accumulating - there have been a few posts here about this and the disclosure requirements - after every extra 2% I think - in any event they'd have to offer all shareholders the same price - so I think the accumulation is by those market players seeking leverage - the institutional ones I mean. Stock is barely above the offer price - I wonder what the effect would be if Barrick said that the offer deadline is final - would they pick up a bunch at the close? It would be a bluff though - I mean that they'd still be lurking. Good to see PFG moving so well - can't have them all unfortunately. dd
