FWIW, my stock club agreed last night to buy SFSK. It was a controversial decision that was approved on 7 to 6 vote! Those voting against it were concerned about SFSK's high debt level and the fact that all of their manufacturing plants are located overseas. They also were concerned that SFSK is a relatively young public company and did not have a long-term track record.

Those who voted in favor liked the favorable PEG ratio, the strong projected growth rates as indicated by ValueLine, and felt that the debt situation wasn't that bad given today's low interest rate environment. Those voting in favor also liked the fact that 85% of SFSK's revenues are generated in the USA.

Time will only tell.....
