Walter,

I know that your posts will have little influence on the direction of this company. I agree that you have the right to post negative statements. I am very interested in negative statements, especially if they are pertinent to the future of my holdings.

I'm not sure that there will be any legislation prohibiting the proliferation of MP3 recorders. I only think that it would not be in the music industry's best interest to support a platform that does not insure copy protection. I do expect to see lots of competitors like ROS. I'm not sure that ROS is a threat. I'm also not sure that write once media will be the most popular.

I agree with you that EDIG's technology is not PAC dependant. I don't even think that it is internet recorder dependant.

The only negative news that you've posted was Bauder's article. I'm very familiar with Bauder and pay little attention to him. I didn't find any of your other news clips negative either. If I felt the way you do about the MP3 releases and others, I would have sold my shares. I think that Lucent's tecnology currently has the edge.

How can you be so sure that the yes vote was a result of the Lucent deal? There are other reasons for holding this stock, and I don't think that I'm the only one with this opinion.

I've been trading this stock for a couple of years. The last time it .115 I sold my shares because I didn't have confidence in the company. This time I like its direction and plan to maintain my position. There is absolutely no reason for you to hold your shares if you think the price is going to drop so low. It would be much smarter to take whatever profits you have and buy back later.

So far you've expressed your opinions and I 've expressed mine. Don't you think that I have the same rights as you? You've sent me numerous messages. I didn't initiate this, and I'm sorry if I don't happen to agree with you.

I've never told you not to comment, nor did anyone else on this board.
