IMO, the functional organization change is too complex for IOM at this critical time. When was the last time you ran a rather large division (38,000 employees) of a much larger corporation and turned it into a cash generating freight train? What are your qualifications to support such a judgmental statement as that above? Put 'em on here big boy! Dave
