Perhaps they should not have announced the TV/COM deal together with earnings. The press release raised more questions than it answered and added to the confusion. It should have specifically discussed in some detail why Cube bought TV/COM and how it fits into the Div-Cube picture. Why did they release it on earnings day??? Investors don't like surprises. We want a portfolio, not a kennel.
