Unique Strategy:U.S. RealTel has assembled the nation's most extensive real estate portfolio based on master telecommunications leases. The company's master lease strategy greatly simplifies transactions for both real estate owners and telecoms.
For Occupant Services and Antenna Site Leasing, the U.S. RealTel Master Lease allows the owners of real estate portfolios to lease all of their telecommunications rights to U.S. RealTel, which takes over the responsibility of marketing, contract negotiations, engineering, telecom access and lease administration. Each property owner need only execute one U.S. RealTel Master Lease document, regardless of the number of telecoms that contract for access to its buildings.
For telecoms, U.S. RealTel's Master Sublease eliminates negotiation time, allows instant access to thousands of properties and provides a single industry-knowledgeable landlord for fast response.
