At 4:32 DJ carried a story that Jabil has decided to issue 375,000,000 of new stock. The press release will not come up on the companie's web site so I called and had them read it to me. 60% to be issued by the company for general corporate purposes and 40% by insiders. Not a good sign. Lousy way to try and sneak it in the market on a Friday afternoon. Obviously someone know look at action in last 10 minutes.
