David -- yes that will probably play out -- but the actual IPO is at least 4 to 6 weeks from now and maybe longer -- there will be two events -- Run-up when IPO is officially announced and the run-up that will occur as the actual IPO nears -- both will most likely have profit taking and massive trading. You will have people in this stock who go long on IPO announcement -- then short it as the announcement steam subsides -- then go Long again for the run up to the IPO and then short it hard just prior too or on the date of the IPO -- (IF MALL/UBID and DBCC/MKTW are any guide thats what happened) Trippi
