(OTC Bulletin Board: MKIID - news) today announced the NASD made a clerical error in regards to the reverse stock split. On January 20, 1999, the NASD processed a 1 for 50 reverse split of the company's common stock. To correct this error, the NASD will process a 1 for 2 reverse split of the company's common stock to be effective the opening of trading in on January 26, 1999.
