I saw them and the interesting part was what they said.
Obviously they have scaled back tremendously, conserving their cash. I would assume they are searching for a JV investment or something to get the ball rolling.
Reading the short statement, it also seems they are trying to transform themselves into a comb chem company and backseating old projects or passing them off completely. I don't know how proprietary their platform is, but many good companies are starting in this field and plowing forward-RGEN better start moving if they want to make a go of it.
