Clarification Information Our firm has received many inquiries from USAT shareholders regarding a press release that was issued on January 21. Many have called wanting more information about GTC Telecom's business and stock inquiries. The stock symbol is "GTCC". GTCC's primary business is long distance telecommunications, but has recently announced that they are entering into the voice over IP technology that is similar to USAT. USAT is utilizing the Internet as the carrier for these calls. GTCC will utilize a private network backbone that will provide a high quality call.
