That would be nice but unfortunately not very accurate. As I understand it when a company fails shareholders of common stock sit at the bottom of the barrel. First the banks and other lean holders get paid off, secondly legal expenses are paid, followed by preferred stockholders, and lastly the common stockholders receive any left over scraps. Not to mention that this type of process takes years to complete. I'm still waiting for money from my ill fated SEXI investment.
