I interpret these open high, close low days as inexperienced investors buying
at the open (using market orders), and smart money and/or short sellers unloading into this "strength". This is reminiscent of how a bear market works. I'm not suggesting that USRX is in a bear market, but it is exhibiting some of those qualities.

Just my humble opinion.
