If you are that concerned about volatility, you really shouldn't be in this stock or the Internet sector. You will lose a lot of sleep when CMGI goes up or down by 50% - which it has before and will again.

Someone else here made the point that those who sold at a 50% loss last year missed a 600% gain later.

CMGI is like an Internet mutual fund. Buy and hold and don't worry about it unless you like rock n' roll daytrading. Or go and buy an S&P Index fund, where you have a good chance of maybe making 20% in 1999.
