I use the mytrack quote system, which has a time and sales screen for each trade and change in bid-ask. You can get mytrack with delayed quotes for free. I have real-time quotes with the system, but when I had the delayed quotes, the time and sales screen was actually real-time! I don't know if this glitch was ever fixed. The time and sales screen has saved me hundreds of dollars in corrected trades over the last month or so, since I can tell when my trade actually got executed and complain if the fill took to long or was out of sequence. Cramer of TheStreet.com also mentioned the peculiar close in EMC-saw this right after I posted to SI.
