Update. At 7:31 am pst 1/21/99 (NASD OTC BB:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI) contacted esecurities on an unsolicited basis indicating they would answer any concerns. We immediately acknowledged with both email and voice messages. Earlier, we also contacted Online Merchant management with additional concerns/questions [re: continuing deterioration/customer hostility of the Message Boards at alphasoftware.com, availability of Fall '98 represented Professional Edition]. As of 7:11 pm pst 1/22/99 there has been no acknowledgement from SoftQuad International management to our now numerous email/voice messages. Also, as of 7:10pm est 01/22/99 ONLINE merchant has dropped off barnesandnoble.com Top Ten Web and Communication Software, having most recently been #3. This is the second update SoftQuad Software's HoTMetaL Pro 5.0 has not made said Top Ten list. ref/ shop.barnesandnoble.com;
