VALENCIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 1999--The shareholders of DCH
Technology Inc. [OTC BB:DCHT - news] have elected Robert S. Walker and David A. Walker -- no relation -- to the
board of directors.
This expansion of the board to seven directors broadens the corporate top management expertise and is designed to signal
an advanced posture for growth of this technology company. DCH serves the current needs of industrial hydrogen safety and
is developing hydrogen energy systems for the implementation of the American Hydrogen Economy.
