I have watched Actrade from 3.875 go all the way up and
I have watched there business grow at a eye popping pace.
Acrt sales are really reving up as they aquire more and more
account executives. Remember acrt dosen't have any competition
and the micro cap fund managers have been buying it up, Actrade
moves around its a high beta stock, but those who have done well with
acrt, have learned not to sell the stock when it hits a new high
as was the case when the stock was at 9.6875 2 weeks ago and then
dropped down to 8.875 and then shot up too a high of 11 1/8
thus correcting too 10.1/8 then proceding to hit 12 1/4.
Actrade is not cisco is still not very well known so it is hard
to look at the charts from a techical stand point because so
many fund managers are looking at the company that you are liable
if you sell acrt or try to trade it will get left behind.I talked
to a trader at Smith Barney who has been buying for his own account
who has a price target on the stock of 20.00 per/share its not a
momentum play it has fundementials, useing the can or techical a.
will only hurt you acrt has a 75% annualised growth rate over the next
two years and the p.e is in the low 60's its very rare to see a
company that is growing at such a rate to be tradeing well below
its growth ratio. Acrt was in the best earnings colum of ibd,
dam good newspaper. If you have the cash use any weakness to buy
the stock and then forget about untill it gets to 20.00/share.
