I agree with you. I believe as they build up financially, they will improve the whole organization. One thing that IMO Madera did wrong, was to keep adding land to their assets, while they were not producing much income. By liquidating some of these lands and investing it in income producing facilities is a bright idea. I have all the time and patience with this stock. I have no doubt,I will see wood in $1 range by the end of this year, but I have higher goals with wood. Hope most of us on this board will stick around and watch this company grow, so we can all retire on it????? I want to retire at 40 !!! BTW I would much rather see this stock go up gradually than, at the speed it was going two weeks ago. Gradual movement will bring more long term , and solid investors.
