I assume you mean they can "force conversion"... ie. they can't actually be "callable" right? Never heard of a callable warrant. The difference would be that if something is callable your profit is capped (ie. bonds callable @ 104 or whatever... your maximum gain is up to 104). If this thing opened one day @ $40, I believe your warrant would still be worth about $34 (40- the $6 strike price).
