TLC, I have also tuned in to evaluate results here. I agree with you that it is an index calculation and can be intraday. But not just comparing the intraday high/lows. Someone please point me to the beginning hour and ending hour of their calimed period and I will compute the index value for the stock price in those hours. Once the period is established, then anyone claiming a win should post a message with a link to their original message which provides the basis for their claim.
