There is a HUGE premium between CDNW and NTKI stock right now... If you use the .83 a share formula (NTKI's stockholders will receive .83 of a share in the combined company), then NTKI's stock should be correctly valued at 19 5/8, not 16 1/16!!! That is a HUGE difference, and is why anyone interested in buying stock in either company should buy NTKI right now.
