SockM; on WINR; this is a momentum play right now. "Holding Company" usually means someone wants to protect themselves from the possibility of something going wrong (or someone's hiding). Nasdaq will never accept WINR in this questionable corporate configuration. Try calling the company and ask them questions about names of directors, officers, cash available and when they will file an earnings report(or losses). Also, ask them when they will register for a Nasdaq listing. You may wish to inquire if they have offices in Costa Rica, the Bahama's or Grand Caymon Island. GGNC is setting up a web-site aimed at opening the Asian market to gaming and sports bookings. The stock had a great run-up 2 weeks ago, then healthy profit-taking took place this week. The stock has now established firm support @ 2.75/ Volume almost 1M shares today. Trading volume has been over 500K almost everyday....chart looks very good. Their press releases are straight-forward and to the point. Management is smart and ambitious. One week does not make or break a stock. But, if I were to bet on a betting company; I'd stick with GGNC/they will end up on Nasdaq eventually. They are not hiding behind a holding company.
