That's all we need is more shares out there. So far, the company has continued to raise capital by issuing shares, warrents, and perferred stock. At this point, they're not likely to get a very good price unless they can manipulate the stock price up some. Sometimes I wonder is management really this stupid. To stay in business, somewhere down the line the company needs to earn some money. The idoit's should let the first few restraunts prove themselves profitable and then they would have no problems raising capital by means other than issuing more stock.
