dey's a problem with that. the 1983 computer stock tulip busted
in July '83, and although it kicked a ding in the market, the bear did not come until January 1984. Biotech's busted in January of 1992, but not that big a deal.

There is a difference this time in that this mania is much more pronounced. Instead of 3x-5x moves we have 10x moves (or more).

Don't know how to figure that. In the meantime, we have already a
had a bear market. They only come once every four years.
