Good post Ken. My thoughts for what it's worth. 1. If GLB was negotiating with Sungold, why post legal matters to shareholders? What purpose other than to frighten shareholders? The reason to scare shareholders could be in part because of their weak legal position. Therefore they are relying on SI to manipulate shareholders to achieve their goal. Let us be prudent in how we react to post 3002. Their action is equivalent to a union and a company signing an agreement. One side rethinks their position and then goes to the MEDIA, making the other side looks so SINISTER that the agreement is renegotiated
to avoid bad publicity. (poor negotiating ploy)

2. If the Michigan casino is just around the corner, it sure makes me wonder. Could someone be trying to shake out some cheap shares ie .10 - .50 cents?

3. <<<I have spoken twice to the company, and they were not aware of this situation at all.>>>
3002 posts and the shorts (AMF) are making like it's factual?
Hhmmmm. They are usually asking the questions. It doesn't seem like it this time and it doesn't make sense.

4. Too many unanswered questions. I'll wait until management has a
chance at bat.
