Scott, I think you will be happy with HWS. I put out a note this am on my website that it looked like a good buy as it was 5 1/8 ask at the time. SALT has such a wide range of products that I wouldn't be surprised to see Toastmaster be additive to earnings, although there may be some share dilution (don't recall the acquisition specifications). It could almost be considered a defensive issue like foods, people need household products year around and in good times and bad times. I wonder if any household products will have to be replaced when we start 2000? As long as the earnings are strong and the stock remains in an uptrend, I'm happy with it. Bruce
