Anthony
I have a question for you.
This is hypothetical.
Suppose you have an interest in a BB stock and it is not
doing very well at all. The management of this stock has
several million shares. No 144's have been filed and to my
knowledge no sales have been made by them.
My question:
Is there anyway that this company could dispose of this large
amount of shares without going through the process of the
144 fillings?
I want any and all answers you may have.
Weather they could do this legally or illegally.
dawg
