Vi, you may have something of a point, but....as a short-timer myself here, let me say this:
(a)If you expect to change the environment you encounter, it is better to speak softly and carry a big stick rather than speak loudly and carry a bazooka (apologies to tr).
(b) The web is Mao's dream come true, in the sense that a hundred thousand flowers do bloom here. You have to take the wheat with the chaff, and the chaff with the wheat. Your chaff is someone else's wheat you know.
(c) Compared to the YHOO boards, this place is the Sorbonne...
(d) Sit back relax, and enjoy, be it impristine's poetry, HH's zeal, girl's satire, or as she might say "whatever." Life is too serious to take too seriously.
