OT: DD, Yes, he has usurped the policies of the right, which calls into question even more how hypocritical Democratic support for him really is. But he really started adopting centrist/republican policies when he saw how bankrupt his national health care program was, and how the "contract with America" fired people's imagination. So what did he do?? He co-opted many parts of it, especially the parts that worked or were popular. But when this guy first came into office, he was on a WHOLE OTHER AGENDA. I haven't forgotten how many in the military despised him for what he was trying to inflict on them. Anyone.... Clinton is the best "politician" I have ever seen. Either that or we're seeing an acceleration of the dumbing down of America. Or.. maybe both. Regards, Ron
