I guess there are two remaining questions
(1) if they are meeting all their payments except the disputed ones, how large are the disputed ones and are they going to have to eventually pay them?
(2) With value decreasing still further from 19 cents to 14 cents are they about to fold?

Otherwise, if they could recover, at 15 cents it would seem that the upside potential is very good in the long run. Oil prices will eventually increase even if they decrease in the short term when iraq comes back on line.
