Dax - According to IR person, there are competing products but SFLK goes a "whole step beyond" the simple voice compression used by competing technologies. Also has the audio/video product in addition to plain audio. In an interview on wallstreporter a while back, their VP noted it is leading edge tech, and they have many follow-on products under development. She also said there are "endless possibilities" for their products (one example, a promotional tool for marketing) and felt they are positioned to become a standard e-commerce tool. I guess the proof will be in their execution; in particular I think the key will be continued bundling/licensing agreements. If they can get out there enough (before others do) they may reach some kind of critical mass that takes on momentum of its own (as it apparently may have done in Japan). All FWIW.
