Marc - Thank you for your comments. AMD paid top dollar to buy NexGen. If anyone else wanted to pay more then they would be the owners now instead. NexGen is likely worth even less now than when AMD bought it because their technology has aged and AMD is now privy to all of their secrets (ongoing research, future ideas for investigation, etc). If they were to sell off the company they would very likely take a loss. Aaron
