For those of you worried about GIF's and is considering selling I suggest you wait at least until Feb. 6th or 10th(10 days after the announcement message Jan 27 should find out about sale) since that is the day we will find out if GIFS gets the sale which can raise alot of money which can be used to raise the stock price among other things. I can think of many ways that they can raise the stock price if the deal goes through. So far everything they said is going to be done has been done. Their earnings report should also be out soon(I think) and according to what management has said it sounds pretty positive. I also think that the audit by one of the major accounting firms should be positive since why else would they(management) get one if they thought other wise(There was no direct shareholder push as I know of).
Anyways In my own opinion this stock according to PUBLISHED reports and news still sound pretty good.
