Read in WSJ that ceo and others are approaching 60 years old. This is traditional retirement at Penney and for the first time they will be looking outside the company to fill leadership positions. A ceo with a bit more modern retail perspective could do wonders for profits as most od all profits come from the drug operations...if they could just squeeze a percent or two out of sales.
