Yes, I have had some first hand experience with the acquisition issue. I have seen it go both ways. In one case it was not done right and the company picked up a liability costing several million dollars. After that, having learned their lesson, several acquisitions were made in a way that avoided liability.

I have the feeling Joe, you said "maybe I should send it FSII management", was a little "tongue in cheek", but I would argue you do have a good idea. I think most companies are up on this issue now, but I know of a couple of companies in the not too distant past, who should have known better, did not.
