Glenn, I have studied Walmart - everyone actually in the "online" logistics automation business. (Which used to just be the logistics automation business). I did logistics automation at Dell - thats how I know the Piper research figures etc. Amazon is the furthest ahead, but, as you say it is a tough biz. BTW my sources tell me Amzn is looking into the new/used college textbook arena... anybody know if thats a sizeable mkt? BTW Id appreciate it if no one would post my webpage on these public threads again. Its a truly lame thing to do.
